Smoothie recipe

Here is a recipe to one of my favorite smoothies, a berry smoothie. Here is the recipe.
1 cup frozen berries (or you can use fresh berries just add ice to the smoothie to make it thinker)
1/2 cup of orange juice (you can also use apple juice,milk or water)
3/4 cup of yogurt
Add all the ingredients to your blender then blend until you reach the consistency you want.
